Every engagement is scoped individually. Pricing is based on the work — retainer, project-based, or hourly depending on what makes sense for the situation. That gets covered in the first conversation, after getting a clear picture of what's needed.

Both. Most work is done remotely. On-site is available when the situation calls for it — certain ER situations, organizational change, or when being physically present makes a difference. This gets sorted during the scoping conversation.

Most engagements start within 1–2 weeks of an executed agreement. For situations that can't wait — reach out and Good HR will work through what's possible given the timeline.
